About the Role

We are looking for a skilled Internal Sales Executive to join our Proactive Solutions Group team in Milton Keynes. As an Internal Sales Executive, you will be responsible for contacting businesses who would benefit from our electrical products and services, managing existing accounts, and providing exceptional customer service on the trade floor.

Your Key Responsibilities:

  • Contacting businesses via telesales to promote our electrical products and services
  • Managing existing customer accounts to ensure satisfaction and growth
  • Providing excellent customer service on the trade floor, responding to customer queries, and resolving any issues promptly
  • Liaising with warehouse workers to ensure smooth operations

What You'll Need:

  • Outbound telesales experience
  • Experience of selling to suitable decision makers
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
  • Trade Counter experience
  • Driving Licence preferred but not essential

Our Benefits:

  • A competitive salary of £28-35k, with opportunities for commission, profit share, and bonuses
  • Flexible working hours, 40 hours per week, Monday-Friday
