Job Description

We are seeking a skilled Business Analyst to lead Enablon implementation projects in a long-term hybrid contract with Ark Talent Ltd.

About the Role:

  • Lead Enablon Implementation Projects to drive business process improvement and efficiency.
  • Collaborate with business and IT leadership to define project objectives, create project plans, and ensure successful project execution.
  • Assist the team in creating reports and dashboards to enhance business insights.
  • Manage User Acceptance Testing (UAT) to ensure system quality and usability.
  • Conduct design workshops and contribute to technical design to meet business requirements.
  • Collaborate with vendor teams to configure system requirements and ensure seamless integration.
  • Provide regular communication and status reporting to stakeholders.

Requirements:

  • Analytical skills to define As-Is and To-be processes.
  • Change management expertise to drive process improvements.
  • Pharmaceutical industry experience is highly desirable.

Salary Range:$120,000 - $150,000 per annum, depending on experience. Please note that this is an estimated salary range based on national averages and may vary depending on individual circumstances.
