Job Opportunity: Become a key player in shaping the future of manufacturing and engineering education as an Apprenticeship Curriculum Specialist at Make UK

As an Apprenticeship Curriculum Specialist, you will be responsible for overseeing the planning and execution of our Apprentice and Skills curriculum. This role involves managing a range of both practical and theoretical disciplines to ensure learners are fully prepared for employment.

Key responsibilities include:

  • Collaborating with the Technical Manager, Apprentice and Progress Manager to deliver top-tier learning provision.
  • Ensuring teaching practices are modern and relevant to current and future engineering needs.
  • Organizing and managing a team of tutors, including workload management, course cover, discipline, welfare, and more.
  • Developing and implementing a timetable for various qualifications and courses, from Level 2 skills to HNC and HND.
  • Providing detailed, timely feedback to learners to help them improve.
  • Collaborating with quality assurance personnel to maintain effective feedback loops.
