History Curriculum Developer

Wayman Learning Trust is seeking a skilled History Curriculum Developer to join our team in Birmingham. As an experienced teacher with a passion for history, you will play a crucial role in developing and implementing engaging lesson plans for secondary students.
You will have a strong understanding of the national curriculum and its application in class, as well as excellent communication skills to work effectively with colleagues, parents, and students. A recognized qualification in teaching, preferably a Bachelor's degree in Education or any relevant field, is essential.
**Key Responsibilities:**
- Develop and implement engaging lesson plans for secondary students
- Collaborate with school management, teaching staff, and parents to provide quality academic support
- Contribute to the development of a positive learning environment that is both safe and conducive for learning
**Essential Requirements:**
- QTS or equivalent
- Degree in relative field (A Subject of Specialism)
- Excellent communication skills with the ability to work effectively with colleagues, parents, and students
