Job Title: Curriculum Development Specialist

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Curriculum Development Specialist to join our team at Make UK. As a key member of our education department, you will be responsible for overseeing the planning and execution of our Apprentice and Skills curriculum.

The successful candidate will have a strong background in engineering disciplines, with experience of managing educational programs and teams. You will be responsible for ensuring that our teaching practices are modern and relevant to current industry needs, and for developing a timetable for a range of qualifications and courses.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Collaborate with the Technical Manager and Apprentice and Progress Manager to deliver a top-tier learning provision.
  • Ensure that teaching practices are modern and relevant to current industry needs.
  • Organize and manage a team of tutors, including managing their workload, course cover, discipline, and welfare.

We offer a competitive salary of £45,000 - £60,000 per annum, depending on experience, plus a range of benefits, including free parking, meal service on site, and flexible hours.
