Business Development Manager

We are seeking a Business Development Manager to manage client relationships, drive revenue growth, and ensure customer satisfaction through excellent service. This role involves managing a portfolio of existing clients, identifying and developing new business opportunities, and preparing tailored presentations and proposals to clients.
Key Responsibilities- Manage client relationships to ensure their needs are met.
- Identify and develop new business opportunities with potential clients.
- Prepare and deliver presentations and proposals to clients.
- Collaborate with internal teams to ensure successful delivery of products and services.
- Track and report on client satisfaction and account performance.
- Negotiate contracts and renewals with clients to maximize revenue.
- Previous experience as an Account Executive or similar role.
- Strong communication, negotiation, and relationship management skills.
- Ability to manage multiple accounts and meet deadlines.
- Self-motivated with a results-driven approach.
- Proficiency in CRM software and Microsoft Office.
£40,000 - £60,000 per annum, depending on experience.
