Insurance Solutions Director

We are seeking a seasoned Solutions Professional with exceptional track record in Insurance Technology Solutioning.
- With the intent to Design and deliver innovative new Solutions in the Insurance LOB.
- A successful incumbent should have had a high degree of success having designed and delivered solutions and large transformation initiatives, impact key business metrics at leading Insurance Organisation in mature markets.
- She/he would work with our Relationship & Sales Teams and Technology Tribes to bring the best of Mphasis to clients, by helping define the Go-To-Market strategy, identifying opportunities in the market, designing and creating solutions and collateral shaping the most suitable proposition and help build a qualified sales pipeline.
Responsibilities:
- Analyse the market to identify opportunities.
- Create Proactive propositions and collateral to take to clients.
- Work with the GTM teams to design detailed Account plans.
- Help in defining the GTM strategy.
- Design and build PoCs around Insurance domain in any of the following areas:
- Present capabilities and credentials to Analyst and Advisors
- You will be responsible to support direct Revenue growth in Insurance LoB
Requirements:
- At least 18+ years of experience in Insurance domain.
- Must have worked in Insurance domain department at a Insurance organization, delivering a Business function withing the following
- At least 7 years designing and delivering Technology Solutions.
