As a key member of our Partner Marketing Team, you will play a vital role in helping achieve strategic business objectives for Expedia Group and our lodging supply partners. As a Hotel Partner Acquisition Specialist - Global Marketing, you will be responsible for identifying, acquiring, and onboarding new hotel partners at scale through targeted marketing channels. This role will involve developing and executing strategic marketing campaigns to attract new hotels to Expedia Group, providing coaching and support to new partners during the onboarding process, and ensuring a seamless transition onto our platform.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Develop and implement comprehensive performance marketing strategies to drive hotel acquisition and onboarding.
  • Collaborate with internal Commercial and Strategy leaders to set market-level objectives for hotel partner acquisition.
  • Work closely with media channels teams to determine target audiences, budgets, and testing strategies.
  • Track and analyze marketing performance to ensure continued success against set KPIs.
  • Provide regular reports and insights to stakeholders on key metrics against set goals.
  • Use data to identify trends and inform data-driven decisions to optimize acquisition and onboarding strategies.
  • Develop and create marketing communications to support new hotel partners during onboarding.
  • Collaborate with Creative teams to build and optimize marketing materials.
  • Work closely with the Product team to optimize acquisition landing pages.

Requirements:

  • 5+ years of progressive Paid Marketing experience in B2B or B2C, preferably in B2B technology or e-commerce.
  • Excellent project management skills, with the ability to prioritize and deliver quality outcomes on time and on budget.
  • Experience managing a media budget.
  • Proven internal and external communications skills.
  • Proven analytical skills with the ability to organize large data sets into insights.
  • Demonstrated use of data and metrics to develop and test hypotheses, recommend optimizations, and evaluate outcomes.
  • Proven ability to influence cross-functional teams without formal authority.
