Responsibilities:

  1. Management of performance marketing through the leadership of the creative and media agencies
  2. Create, monitor, and optimise campaigns to meet business and commercial targets
  3. Channel ownership for Paid Search, Aggregators, Display, and other paid marketing channels
  4. Optimisation of performance, value, and scale with aggregator partners
  5. Development of strong working relationships with research, analytics, and MI leads to improve marketing analytics and reporting dashboards
  6. Leveraging data-driven insights to monitor campaign performance and maximise conversions
  7. Collaboration with the marketing team to ensure paid amplification of marketing content when necessary
  8. Creation of marketing assets for paid media campaigns aligning to key audience insights and brand guidelines
  9. Identification of new paid media channels or tactics to lead to improved performance
  10. Implementation of test and learn strategies to drive business decisions throughout the customer application funnel
  11. Staying ahead of the latest trends in performance marketing, including new tools, platforms, and tactics
  12. Production and presentation of regular performance marketing updates for BAU and campaign activity
  13. Accuracy of media invoices and accurate forecasting of future costs

Experience and skills:

  1. Relevant marketing qualification
  2. Experience of supporting the delivery of multi-£m marketing budgets and campaigns
  3. 4+ years working in a B2C or agency performance marketing/paid media function
  4. Strong acquisition marketing skills using multiple channels to effectively acquire customers
  5. Ability to partner cross-functionally towards enterprise level objectives and to effectively manage and develop partnerships with marketing agencies
  6. Track record of executing successful acquisition campaigns to drive customer and account growth
  7. Clear communication
  8. Desirable: Financial services experience
