About the Role

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced pharmacist to join our haematology team as a Clinical Trial Pharmacist/Research Pharmacist. This is a permanent position that will involve working closely with the Lead Clinical Pharmacist to manage the growing service and deliver cutting-edge licensed and clinical trials to malignant and non-malignant haematology patients.

Main Responsibilities

  • Provide highly specialised and complex evidence-based clinical advice and information to the multidisciplinary team on the care and treatment of haematology patients.
  • Deliver and promote high-quality, cost-effective, patient-focused pharmaceutical care.
  • Manage the day-to-day delivery of clinical pharmacy services to haematology patients.
  • Manage cancer pharmacists delivering clinical pharmacy services to haematology patients.
  • Support the training and development of cancer pharmacists in the field of haematology.
  • Support the opening and management of haematology clinical trials.
