About the Role
Job Title: Senior Area Manager
Salary: £26,380 (OTE £36,000)
Bonus: Competitive annual bonus based on company performance
Hours: 42.5 hours per week on a rotational shift pattern over 5 days, with weekend work involved
We Buy Any Car Ltd. is the UK's favourite car-buying service, with over 500 branches nationwide.
We are seeking a highly motivated and service-driven individual to join our team as a Senior Area Manager.
As a Senior Area Manager, you will be responsible for:
- Modeling high performance when buying cars, while supporting the Regional Manager in driving performance.
- Providing cover for the Regional Manager and supporting colleagues to achieve their best.
- Being the main point of contact for customers in your local branch.
- Contacting customers and prioritizing your diary to achieve appointments and meet targets.
- Leading customers through the purchase journey, completing appraisals on cars, handling and processing important documents, and processing customer payments.
- Delivering exceptional customer service.
- Assisting the Regional Manager to ensure the smooth running of the region and compliance with company procedures.
- Performing Branch Standard checks when visiting locations.
- Identifying the support and coaching needs of colleagues and providing constructive feedback and development points when required.
- Reporting any potential threats to the business to your Divisional Manager.
- Ensuring all diaries/rotas are set up as per company instructions.
- Ensuring all purchases are completed to company standards.
- Providing temporary cover within other regions in the Division as required.
- Completing all necessary tasks as set out by HR.
- Assisting in the completion of all purchases.
