We're seeking a highly motivated and experienced Branch Manager to lead our residential sales team in Aylesbury. As a key member of our team, you'll have the opportunity to excel in a supportive environment and drive business growth.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Run a profitable and well-organised office, providing an exceptional estate agency service to customers.
  • Lead by example, delegating tasks to exceed performance and targets.
  • Optimise opportunities to secure market appraisals, instructions, viewings, reservations, sales, and mortgage introductions.
  • Motivate your team, ensuring they receive the training and support needed to thrive in their careers.
Requirements:
  • Preferably an experienced Branch Manager, Assistant Branch Manager, Residential Sales Manager, or Sales Negotiator with a proven track record.
  • Demonstrable Sales Management experience, with a focus on generating new business in a target-driven environment.
  • Proven experience managing, leading, and mentoring a team, with outstanding customer care and customer service skills.
  • Resilient, positive, organised, numerate, and detail-oriented, with excellent verbal and written communication skills.
  • IT literate, with a Full UK driving licence.
