Main Responsibilities- Optimise the running of the office to ensure maximum efficiency and productivity
- Engage and motivate a team of consultants to achieve sales targets and maximise branch revenue
- Build and maintain strong relationships with clients to drive business growth and retention

- A full UK driving licence
