Job Summary

We are seeking a highly skilled and compassionate Registered Nurse to join our team at Bupa. As a Nurse Care Manager, you will play a pivotal role in delivering exceptional patient care and leading our clinical team.

Key Responsibilities

  • Take responsibility for the well-being of our residents, ensuring their physical, emotional, and social needs are met.
  • Coach and guide the team, providing formal and informal teaching programs for colleagues and other care professionals.
  • Carry out assessments and develop, implement, and evaluate individualized care plans for each of our residents.
  • Monitor work areas and practices to ensure they are safe and conform to relevant standards, policies, and legislation.
