About the Role

We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced healthcare professional to join our team as the Head of Healthcare Services at Spectrum Community Health CIC. This is an exciting opportunity to lead a multidisciplinary team and contribute to the delivery of high-quality healthcare services to our patients.

Key Responsibilities
  • Lead the healthcare team to ensure the delivery of safe and effective patient care
  • Develop and implement healthcare strategies to improve patient outcomes and experience
  • Collaborate with other departments to ensure seamless service delivery
  • Manage and monitor healthcare services to ensure compliance with regulatory requirements
  • Develop and maintain effective relationships with stakeholders, including patients, families, and healthcare professionals
Requirements
  • Registered Healthcare Professional with current registration and NMC membership
  • Masters or equivalent in a relevant subject area or equivalent level of experience
  • Management or leadership qualification or equivalent experience
  • Evidence of continued professional development at postgraduate level, including delivery of evidence-based care
Desirable Qualifications and Experience
  • RCGP Level 1 and 2 in alcohol or substance misuse
  • Prescribing qualification
  • Experience of working in a complex healthcare environment with multiple health professionals
  • Knowledge of the effective application of the Health & Social Care Act 2014 and relevant legislation
