This role presents a unique opportunity to lead senior asset management responsibilities for a prominent FTSE 100 business in the UK, overseeing a diverse portfolio of logistics, offices, superstores, and retail assets.

Our client is a market-leading business with a significant presence in the UK, boasting a large mixed-asset portfolio. They are seeking an experienced professional to drive strategic initiatives and provide expert guidance on all real estate matters.

Salary Information

The estimated annual salary for this position ranges from £90,000 to £110,000, depending on experience, plus a competitive bonus structure and comprehensive benefits package.

Key Responsibilities

  • Advise the Lead UK Acquisitions Director and colleagues on ongoing transactions and real estate matters across the portfolio (2,500+ assets).
  • Develop and deliver the asset buy-back strategy across the UK.
  • Negotiate, broker, and conduct due diligence on major transactions within the portfolio.
  • Manage project budgets against annual targets and forecasts.
  • Provide full professional oversight and delivery of major Lease & Tenancy events.
  • Analyze and extract relevant data to inform the Senior Leadership Team and colleagues in other teams.
  • Collaborate closely with Finance, Legal, and Audit teams.

Requirements

  • Hold MRICS qualification and a Real Estate / Built Environment Degree.
  • Demonstrate significant track-record in deal broking with strong negotiation skills.
  • Prior Prop-Co / client-side Property / Real Estate Asset Management experience.
  • Deep understanding of Landlord & Tenant issues, L&T law, and commercial awareness.
  • Valuation and Investment appraisal skills.
  • Ability to work under pressure handling multiple challenges across many assets and locations.
  • Internal and external project/team management skills and ability to consistently prioritize tasks.
