Senior HR Manager Opportunity

We are seeking a highly skilled Senior HR Manager to join our EMEA team, working closely with the Director of HR to manage HR activities for legal and business services staff across our EMEA offices.

Key Responsibilities:
  • People Management: Manage team performance, provide guidance, and support the development of HR staff.
  • HR Operations: Oversee assignments, operational activity, and support ER and training across jurisdictions.
  • HR Systems: Prepare and review the HR EMEA budget, review vendor selection, and collaborate with the HRIS team.
  • Employee Relations: Collaborate with recruitment colleagues, maintain core knowledge of employment laws, and be a main point of contact.
  • Global Mobility: Support global mobility tasks and collaborate with global colleagues on benefits and wellbeing.
  • Performance Reviews: Assist with performance reviews and compensation and rewards processes.

This is a varied role offering great exposure across the business. A competitive salary of up to circa £110,000 is on offer, plus benefits and hybrid working.

Suitable applicants will have demonstrable senior HR experience, amassed from a US/City law firm or professional services environment. Solid experience of working across jurisdictions and sound knowledge of HRIS systems are highly desirable.
