About the Role

We are seeking a highly experienced and skilled professional to lead our Cyber Security team as the Head of Cyber Security. As a key member of our leadership team, you will be responsible for driving the development and implementation of our Cyber Security strategy, ensuring the protection of our customers' data and systems.

Key Responsibilities
  • Develop and implement a comprehensive Cyber Security strategy, aligned with industry best practices and regulatory requirements.
  • Lead a team of Cyber Security professionals, providing guidance, support, and development opportunities to ensure their success.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to identify and mitigate Cyber Security risks, ensuring the integrity of our systems and data.
  • Develop and maintain relationships with key stakeholders, including customers, partners, and vendors, to ensure effective communication and collaboration.
  • Stay up-to-date with emerging Cyber Security threats and trends, ensuring our organization remains ahead of the curve in terms of security.
Requirements
  • Proven experience in leading Cyber Security teams, with a strong track record of success in developing and implementing effective security strategies.
  • Strong knowledge of Cyber Security concepts, principles, and practices, as well as relevant standards and frameworks.
  • Excellent communication, presentation, and interpersonal skills, with the ability to influence and negotiate with stakeholders.
  • Strong analytical, problem-solving, and decision-making skills, with attention to detail and a customer-focused approach.
What We Offer
  • A competitive salary of £125,000 (national) and £150,000 (London), depending on location, skills, experience, and qualifications.
  • A bonus opportunity of 25% of annual salary, based on performance and company results.
