This is an exciting opportunity to join our Adult Social Care and Health Business Support Division as a Business Support Coordinator.
You will work closely with our frontline services, providing administrative support and ensuring that our clients receive the best possible care.
Key responsibilities include:
- Acting as a point of contact for clients and colleagues, responding to telephone queries and resolving mailbox issues.
- Producing and distributing correspondence and documentation as required.
- Coordinating the recruitment process for new staff and supporting staff inductions.
- Maintaining accurate financial records and processing timesheets and mileage.
- An attractive salary range of £24,040 to £25,002 per annum, depending on experience.
- A comprehensive benefits package, including a contributory pension scheme, annual leave, and access to the Kent Rewards scheme.
