An exciting opportunity has arisen for a skilled RMN or RNLD Nurse to join a leading healthcare provider in the Edgbaston area of Birmingham. The successful candidate will be working in a hospital service that provides fast access to expert treatment for a range of mental health difficulties.

The ideal candidate will have a current active NMC Pin and be qualified as an RMN or RNLD Nurse. They will also have excellent communication skills and be able to work effectively in a team.

The key duties of the role will include managing direct patient care, participating in the assessment, planning and evaluation of care needs, and delivering care to agreed quality standards. The successful candidate will also be required to support and supervise new or junior staff, as well as deputise for the Ward Manager in their absence.

In return for your hard work and commitment, the successful candidate will receive an excellent annual salary of £36,176 - £38,596 per annum, as well as a range of benefits including a £5,000 Welcome Bonus, enhanced maternity pay, flexible benefits and access to development opportunities.
