About the Role

In this newly created position, as Client Relationship Specialist, you will work closely with the Managing Director to support the end-to-end delivery of learning solutions and serve as a primary point of contact for client relationships. This opportunity is ideal for someone who values autonomy and collaboration within a dynamic team.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Client Liaison: Act as the key point of contact, overseeing smooth onboarding, ongoing relationship management, and end-to-end delivery of training and learning solutions with global clients.
  • Project Management: Manage client projects from planning through to follow-up.
  • Event Coordination: Organise virtual and in-person client meetings and events.
  • Briefing Support: Prepare facilitators and trainers to ensure an outstanding client experience.
  • Issue Resolution: Address client issues promptly, fostering trust and long-lasting relationships.
  • Proposal Creation: Develop proposals using templates and bespoke solutions.
  • Data Management: Maintain accurate client data, projects and track performance using Monday.com

Requirements
  • Experience in B2B client-facing roles, strong communication skills, and a knack for problem-solving on the fly.
  • Familiarity with Monday.com and ability to maintain accurate client data and project performance.
