Overview:

JLA Speakers is a leading specialist agency for speakers, presenters, and performers. We work with TED stars, cutting-edge comedians, chart-topping music stars, and big names from business, politics, and sport.

Salary:

£28,500 per annum, plus a yearly discretionary bonus.

The Job:

We are seeking an Account Growth Specialist to take control of logistical arrangements, organise travel for talent, communicate between parties, and manage relationships with clients. You will grow account management skills, develop the relationship between JLA and clients, assist in all aspects of the booking, expand knowledge on thought leaders, political figures, comedy stars, and musicians, become an expert on current speaking superstars, attend conferences, awards ceremonies, and private events alongside talent, meet clients, and provide exceptional service onsite. You will research, write about, and approach new talent for JLA to work with.

Requirements:

You must have exceptional attention to detail and time management skills. You should be able to prioritise tasks and think calmly under pressure. A confident communicator with outstanding customer service experience is essential. A graduate degree or school leavers with at least two years minimum work experience are required. The willingness to work collaboratively is vital. An interest in current affairs, media, industry experts, and mainstream stars is also necessary.
