Job Description

We are seeking a highly skilled Client Relationship Manager to join our team. This is an excellent opportunity for someone with experience in managing client relationships and overseeing the successful execution of marketing initiatives.

As a Client Relationship Manager, you will be responsible for driving business growth, achieving commercial targets, and ensuring the highest level of service delivery to our clients. You will manage print and point-of-sale marketing materials for ADM's beverages brands in the UK market, serve as the primary point of contact for client accounts, and build strong, trusting relationships.

This role requires a strong understanding of clients' marketing strategies and experience collaborating with diverse mix of clients, suppliers, and agencies. You will also be responsible for understanding client objectives and industry dynamics to develop effective strategies that drive business growth.

You will lead sustainability initiatives, achieving key metrics related to environmental impact. Additionally, you will collaborate cross-functionally with internal teams (Creative, Operations, Logistics) and external partners to meet project objectives.

To succeed in this role, you should have Below The Line Marketing experience, ability to effectively gather and understand project briefs from clients, and proven track record of growing and maintaining client relationships. Strong project management skills, proficiency in Excel, Word, and PowerPoint, and detail-oriented analytical and presentation skills are essential.

The salary for this position is estimated at $60,000 - $80,000 per year, depending on your level of experience. We offer a comprehensive health insurance plan, pension plan, 25 days holiday, and a hybrid working model.
