Role Overview

We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced Academic SEN Tutor to deliver 1:1 tuition sessions to students aged 4-25 with SEN/SEMH needs in the Hadleigh area.

As an Academic SEN Tutor, you will be responsible for planning and delivering individualised sessions to meet the unique needs of each student, building strong relationships with students, parents, and other stakeholders, and developing and implementing strategies to support student behaviour and well-being.

  • Strong Behaviour Management Skills">
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills">
  • Ability to work collaboratively as part of a team">
  • Enhanced Disclosure via the DBS and commitment to safeguarding and promoting the welfare of children">

In return, we offer a competitive salary of approximately £30,000 - £40,000 per annum, depending on experience, as well as:
