Teaching Personnel's PE Cover Supervisor Role

We are seeking a dedicated and passionate individual to join our team as a PE Cover Supervisor in New Milton.

This is an exciting opportunity for someone with a background in sports, coaching, or physical education to work in a dynamic and supportive environment. As a PE Cover Supervisor, you will play a crucial role in ensuring that students continue to participate in their physical education activities when their regular teacher is unavailable.

About the Role:

  • Supervise and lead PE classes in the absence of the regular teacher.
  • Ensure students engage in the planned activities safely and effectively.
  • Promote teamwork, sportsmanship, and a love for physical activity.
  • Maintain a positive and disciplined environment that supports student learning.
  • Adapt to different school settings and needs with flexibility and professionalism.

Salary and Benefits:

The salary for this position is competitive, ranging from £80 to £130 per day, depending on experience and qualifications. You will also have the opportunity to work flexible hours, including full-time opportunities available. In addition, you will receive ongoing support and professional development through Teaching Personnel.

Requirements:

  • Experience in sports coaching, fitness training, physical education, or a related field.
  • Strong communication skills and the ability to manage groups of students effectively.
  • A passion for encouraging physical fitness and healthy lifestyles among young people.
  • Flexibility and adaptability to different school environments.
