Job Summary

We are seeking a highly motivated Personalized Learning Coordinator to join our Alternative Provision (AP) school in New Milton, where we support students with EHCPs. As a key member of our team, you will deliver engaging lessons tailored to the unique needs of each pupil.

This challenging yet rewarding role requires the ability to connect with students who may face barriers in traditional educational settings. You will need to possess strong communication and interpersonal skills, with the capacity to adapt teaching methods to meet the diverse needs of our pupils.

Responsibilities
  • Lesson Planning: Develop and deliver individualised learning plans that cater to the diverse needs of our pupils.
  • Collaboration: Work closely with multidisciplinary staff and support teams to ensure a holistic approach to each pupil's development.
  • Progress Tracking: Monitor and track pupil progress, adapting teaching methods as needed to ensure optimal outcomes.
Requirements
  • Qualified Teacher Status (QTS) or equivalent qualification.
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to connect with and motivate students.
  • Resilience, patience, and creativity in supporting students with diverse needs.
