Job Summary
We are seeking a Credit software implementation expert to join our Partner Success team. You will have a strong background in implementing and configuring Credit Front Office and Investment Accounting software and a desire to help our delivery partners succeed as they take on new projects.
Key Responsibilities
- Support Delivery Partners in implementing and configuring the Allvue Credit software solutions
- Collaborate with subject matter experts to set specific learning objectives and outcomes for partner certification
- Coordinate and lead live training sessions to ensure effective knowledge transfer
- Assist the Allvue sales team and delivery partners in scoping and assessing new opportunities
- Review and enhance training content and materials to meet current needs and standards
- Build product knowledge through training, self-directed research, and working with senior team members
- Contribute to technical and system design specific to onboarding and supporting partners
Requirements
- Experience and expertise in implementing investment management software
- Demonstrated success in training and onboarding partners, clients, and team members
- Strong technical skills, including MS SQL
- Working knowledge of private and public credit markets
- Excellent problem-solving abilities
- Demonstrated self-starter
- Great teamwork skills
- Enthusiasm for technology and finance
- Exceptional communication skills and ability to listen and solicit feedback
- Detail-oriented and strong work ethic
- Ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment and manage multiple competing priorities
