About the Role
We are seeking a graduate with strong academics to join our team of teaching staff and SENCO leaders at a brilliant Secondary School located in the Borough of Hillingdon.
The role of Secondary Mentor involves supporting children with SEN/SEMH needs, improving their academic, personal, and social skills.
Key Responsibilities
- Providing support to pupils with SEN/SEMH needs
- Helping out in the classroom
- Assisting class teachers with maintaining a productive and positive learning environment
- Monitoring the academic progress of individual students
Requirements
- A graduate with strong academics (2:1 or 1st Class)
- A passionate individual that is motivated to improve the lives of young people
- Experience working with children with SEN/SEMH needs
- Previous employment or volunteering with a school
Working Arrangements
- £105 - £100 per day
- Monday - Friday only
- Term-Time only
