SEN Behaviour Mentor Position

Job Description
We are seeking an experienced SEN Behaviour Mentor to work in a full-time position in Hackney, East London. As a Behaviour Mentor, you will be responsible for supporting students with complex needs and behaviours.
Key Responsibilities:
- Mentor students with SEN who require behaviour support.
- Develop and implement behaviour management plans in collaboration with teachers and other professionals.
- Deliver one-to-one support and group sessions to promote positive behaviour and academic progress.
Requirements:
- A minimum of 1 year's experience working with children with behaviour needs in the UK.
- Up-to-date Safeguarding training is essential.
- An enhanced child barred list DBS certificate registered with the online update service or willingness to process a new application.
- Two professional references covering the last 2 years.
Salary and Benefits:
- A competitive salary paid to scale/experience (£30,000 - £40,000 per annum).
