About the Job

This is an exciting opportunity to join our team as a SEN Teaching Assistant and Behaviour Mentor, working closely with teachers and other professionals to support students with special educational needs.

About the Role:
  • You will be responsible for providing tailored support to students with diverse needs across all lessons and subjects, adapting your approach to meet the unique requirements of each child.
  • You will work closely with teachers and other professionals to develop and implement strategies that promote academic achievement and social growth.
Key Responsibilities:
  1. SEN Teaching Assistant: Assist students in accessing the curriculum, developing their skills and confidence, and achieving their full potential.
  2. Behaviour Mentor: Foster a positive learning environment by building strong relationships with students, supporting them in managing their emotions and behaviour, and encouraging personal growth.
Requirements:
  • A passion for supporting children with special educational needs and a commitment to making a positive difference in their lives.
  • Flexibility to adapt to different teaching methods and support various subjects.
  • Previous experience in SEN or a related field is advantageous but not essential.
  • An Enhanced DBS Disclosure, professional reference checks, Overseas Police Clearances (if applicable) in line with our stringent safeguarding policy.
