Behaviour Support Graduate Role in Kensington & Chelsea

We are looking for a highly motivated and enthusiastic graduate or experienced behaviour mentor to join our team in a secondary school in Kensington & Chelsea.

In this rewarding role, you will have the opportunity to make a real difference in the lives of students with special educational needs (SEN) and mental health needs. Working closely with the school's pastoral team, you will develop and implement effective behaviour management strategies, ensuring students receive the support they need to succeed.

  • Hours: Full-time, Monday to Friday, 8:30 am - 4:00 pm
  • Estimated Salary: £26,000 - £29,000 per annum
