Job Title: Domestic Assistant

We are seeking a reliable and detail-oriented Domestic Assistant to join our team at Hampshire Hospitals NHS Foundation Trust. As a Domestic Assistant, you will play a vital role in maintaining a clean and safe environment for our patients, staff, and visitors.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Perform general cleaning duties in clinical and non-clinical areas, including high dusting, damp dusting, and vacuuming floors.
  • Deep clean areas and equipment as required.
  • Work collaboratively with the Domestic team to ensure a high standard of cleanliness is maintained.
Requirements:
  • Good general education at GCSE level or equivalent.
  • Knowledge of manual handling and health and safety regulations.
  • Ability to communicate effectively with patients, ward staff, and the Domestic team.
