Main Responsibilities

As a Bank Domestic Assistant, your key responsibilities will include:

  • Carrying out cleaning duties in a professional and efficient manner
  • Ensuring the cleanliness and hygiene of patient areas, including wards, corridors, and communal spaces
  • Operating floor machinery and equipment as required
  • Working collaboratively with other members of the Domestic Team to achieve shared goals
Requirements

To be successful in this role, you will need:

  • A good general education at GCSE level or equivalent
  • Knowledge of COSHH regulations, manual handling, and health and safety procedures
  • Ability to communicate effectively with patients, staff, and other stakeholders
  • Flexibility to work a variety of shifts, including evenings, weekends, and bank holidays
