Medsolve is partnering with an exceptional organization seeking dedicated Residential Support Specialists to provide high-quality, person-centered support to young adults on the autism spectrum.

About the Role:

  • This is a permanent position offering a competitive salary of £11.60 per hour.
  • Full-time and part-time opportunities are available.

Your Impact:

As a Residential Support Specialist, you will play a vital role in empowering young adults to reach their full potential. You will work collaboratively with the Manager and Senior Support Workers to create a supportive and encouraging environment where individuals can thrive.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Provide compassionate and individualized care, tailored to each person's unique needs and goals.
  • Encourage personal growth and development through positive reinforcement and structured activities.
  • Collaborate with the team to ensure a safe, nurturing, and stimulating living environment.

Ideal Candidate Profile:

  • Right to work in the UK.
  • A strong commitment to teamwork and adherence to established protocols and guidelines.
  • Experience working with autistic adults is preferred but not essential, as comprehensive training will be provided.
  • Exceptional communication skills, active listening abilities, patience, kindness, and empathy.
