About the Role
Job Summary
Sellick Partnership is currently assisting a social housing organisation in County Durham with the recruitment of a skilled Fencing Specialist. The successful candidate will be responsible for carrying out full fencing renewal work, ensuring a safe and clean working environment, and delivering high productivity for the team and customers.
Key Responsibilities
- Perform full fencing renewal work to a high standard
- Maintain a safe and clean working environment, adhering to Waste Management procedures and Health & Safety legislation
- Organise resources to achieve excellence and deliver high productivity
- Ensure availability of necessary materials to complete work 'right first time'
- Carry out allocated duties and record completion of works/findings via mobile device or line manager
- Participate in out-of-hours services and undertake overtime as required, in line with business needs
Requirements
- Appropriate experience in fencing
- Full UK driving licence
- Up-to-date Cat & Genny Training
- Experience of full fencing renewal work
