About the Role:
The primary objective of this position is to provide high-quality, person-centered support to our clients, enabling them to achieve their full potential and live fulfilling lives. As a Support Worker, you will work closely with the Manager and Senior Support Workers to create a supportive and inclusive environment that promotes positive progress and well-being.
Key Responsibilities:
- Provide individualized support to clients, focusing on their unique needs and goals.
- Develop and maintain strong relationships with clients, their families, and other stakeholders.
- Collaborate with the team to design and implement personalized care plans that promote client autonomy and independence.
- Participate in ongoing training and professional development to enhance your skills and knowledge in supporting individuals with Autism.
- Contribute to a culture of excellence, respect, and inclusivity within the organization.
Requirements:
- Right to work in the UK.
- Ability to work as part of a team and within established protocols and guidelines.
- Experience working with individuals with Autism (although not essential, as comprehensive training will be provided).
- High level of commitment and flexibility towards service delivery.
- Good physical fitness to participate in activities as part of agreed programs.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to listen actively and empathetically.
- Patience, kindness, and a caring attitude.
