Requirements:

  • Experience working with individuals with Autism (although not essential, as comprehensive training will be provided).
  • High level of commitment and flexibility towards service delivery.
  • Good physical fitness to participate in activities as part of agreed programs.
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Ability to listen actively and empathetically.
  • Patience, kindness, and a caring attitude.
