Key Responsibilities:

  • Provide person-centred support to young adults with Autism, promoting their independence and well-being.
  • Work collaboratively with the team to develop and implement individualised support plans.
  • Support young adults with daily living tasks, such as personal care and household chores.
  • Encourage and facilitate participation in activities and programmes that promote socialisation and skill development.
  • Communicate effectively with young adults, families, and other stakeholders to ensure seamless support.
  • Contribute to a safe and healthy environment, adhering to protocols and guidelines.

Requirements:

  • Right to work in the UK.
  • Ability to work as part of a team and within protocols and guidelines.
  • Experience working with Autistic adults (full training provided).
  • High level of commitment and flexibility towards service delivery.
  • Good physical fitness to participate in activities.
  • Clean driving license (advantageous).
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Good listener, patient, kind, caring, and empathetic.
