**Job Summary**

Sellick Partnership is currently assisting a social housing organisation in County Durham with the recruitment of a skilled Fencer. The successful candidate will be responsible for carrying out full fencing renewal work, ensuring a safe and clean working environment, and participating in out-of-hours services as required.

**Key Responsibilities:**

• Carry out full fencing renewal work, including installation and maintenance of fencing systems
• Maintain a safe and clean working environment, adhering to Waste Management procedures and Health & Safety legislation
• Participate in out-of-hours services and undertake overtime as necessary, in line with business needs
• Appropriate experience in fencing, including knowledge of fencing systems and materials
• Full UK driving licence
• Up-to-date Cat & Genny Training

**Requirements:**

• Relevant experience in fencing, with a focus on full fencing renewal work
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team
• Excellent communication and problem-solving skills
