About the Role:
We are seeking an experienced Chef de Partie to join our culinary team at Delta by Marriott Cheltenham Chase hotel. As a key member of our kitchen team, you will be responsible for preparing, cooking, and presenting high-quality dishes to our guests.
Key Responsibilities:
- Work closely with the service teams to ensure our guests have a great dining experience.
- Keep up to date with all central menu changes and oversee the cleanliness and maintenance of the kitchen and food safety standards.
- Collaborate with the team to achieve excellent food quality and presentation.
Requirements:
- Experience as a Commis or Chef De Partie in a busy, high-volume operation.
- Ability to work under pressure and maintain a high level of attention to detail.
- Relevant culinary qualifications or equivalent.
- In-depth knowledge of each section of the kitchen operation.
- Ability to work together as a team.

Delta by Marriott Cheltenham Chase hotel is a 4*, 122-bedroom property located on the outskirts of Gloucester and close to Cheltenham. Our hotel features the Hardy's restaurant, Hunters bar & lounge, and a garden terrace bar, as well as afternoon tea, private dining, and meetings and event spaces. The leisure facilities include a gym, pool, sauna, steam room, and a relaxing Elemis spa.
