Job Description:

We are seeking an experienced Learning Support Specialist to join our team at a secondary school in Chesham, Buckinghamshire. This is a full-time position on a permanent basis.

About the Role:

The successful candidate will have experience working with Key Stage 3 and 4 students in a secondary school setting. They will be responsible for supporting teachers in the classroom, assisting with lesson planning, and helping students achieve their personal development goals.

Requirements:

  • Experience working as a teaching assistant or learning support assistant
  • Knowledge of the UK Curriculum
  • Ability to work effectively with dedicated key children
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
