**About the Role:** Learning and Development Specialist for Children with Additional Needs
Heritage House School is a special school where our learners are at the heart of everything we do. We are looking for a skilled Learning and Development Specialist to join our team and play a key role in supporting the educational and personal development of our learners.
As a Learning and Development Specialist, you will work closely with teaching staff to design and implement learning programs tailored to the needs of individual learners. You will also provide one-to-one support to learners, helping them to overcome barriers to learning and develop essential life skills.
Requirements:
- Experience working with children with SEMH and SEN
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to adapt to changing situations and priorities
- Passion for supporting learners with additional needs
