Child Welfare Team Manager

This is an exceptional opportunity for a skilled social worker to join our team in the Coastal South West Region. As a Principal Social Worker, you will be responsible for leading the Child Protection Team and ensuring the best possible outcomes for children and families. Your key responsibilities will include conducting comprehensive assessments and interventions, chairing CIN, Core Groups, and Placement Planning meetings, and providing reflective supervision and mentoring team members. Key Responsibilities:- Develop and implement effective strategies to improve service delivery and promote collaborative practice.
