Environmental Sustainability Manager

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Environmental Sustainability Manager to join our team at the Chartered Institute of Ecology and Environmental Management. As a key member of our organization, you will play a vital role in driving forward our work in environmental conservation and sustainability.
Key Responsibilities- Lead the development and implementation of environmental policies and strategies to ensure the long-term sustainability of our operations and services.
- Collaborate with our team of ecologists and conservation specialists to deliver high-quality projects and initiatives that promote environmental conservation and sustainability.
- Provide expert advice and guidance on environmental issues and best practices to our members, stakeholders, and partners.
- Develop and maintain relationships with key stakeholders, including government agencies, NGOs, and industry partners, to advance our environmental goals and objectives.
- Stay up-to-date with the latest research, trends, and technologies in environmental conservation and sustainability, and apply this knowledge to inform our work and decision-making.
- Master's degree or Ph.D. in a relevant field, such as ecology, environmental science, or conservation biology.
- Proven experience in environmental conservation and sustainability, with a strong track record of delivering high-quality projects and initiatives.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work effectively with diverse stakeholders and teams.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to interpret complex data and develop effective solutions.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team, with a strong commitment to collaboration and teamwork.
