**Job Overview**

We are seeking an experienced Clinical Quality Manager to join our team at CV-Library, a leading provider of high-quality residential and home care for older people. With over 30 years of experience, we support more than 1,000 individuals through nursing and dementia care homes, home care, and well-being services.

The successful candidate will play a vital role in supporting care home managers and clinical teams to achieve the highest standards of care. This includes ensuring compliance with regulatory and organizational requirements, providing expert guidance on clinical governance, and driving quality improvement initiatives across all services.

**Responsibilities**

  • Proven experience in residential nursing settings with a similar role, demonstrating strong leadership and knowledge of CQC standards.
  • Active NMC PIN with evidence of continued professional development.
  • Expertise in dementia care, providing effective support for individuals with dementia, their families, and staff.
  • Proficient in technology and data analysis to enhance care quality and drive innovation.
  • Skilled in implementing quality assurance and performance management systems effectively.
