New Build Sales Progressor

We are seeking a highly skilled New Build Sales Progressor to join our team at Persona Homes in Newcastle Upon Tyne.
This is a permanent, full-time position (37.5 hours per week) that offers a competitive salary of £27,500 per annum, plus the potential to earn up to £7,500 commission.
About the RoleThe successful candidate will be responsible for ensuring smooth sales progress on new build sites, working closely with our site teams and customers to achieve excellent customer satisfaction and sales performance.
To be successful in this role, you will need strong communication and organizational skills, as well as the ability to work effectively in a hybrid environment, both from home and on-site at our developments.
You will also have a passion for delivering exceptional customer service and a commitment to achieving sales targets.
Key Responsibilities- Ensure timely and accurate sales reporting and updates to the sales team and management
- Develop and maintain effective relationships with customers, site staff, and other stakeholders
- Monitor and report on sales performance against targets
- Contribute to the development and implementation of sales strategies and initiatives
