Job Title: Recruitment Account Manager
About the Role:
We are seeking an ambitious and results-driven Recruitment Account Manager to join our team at Gap Personnel in Bristol. As a key member of our sales team, you will be responsible for developing and maintaining strong relationships with our clients, identifying new business opportunities, and driving revenue growth.
Your Key Responsibilities:
- Client Relationship Management: Develop and maintain strong relationships with our existing client base, identifying opportunities to upsell and cross-sell our services.
- New Business Development: Identify and pursue new business opportunities, building relationships with key decision-makers and negotiating commercial terms to drive revenue growth.
- Business Planning: Work closely with our sales team to develop and implement business plans, setting targets and objectives to achieve revenue growth and exceed client expectations.
- Team Collaboration: Collaborate with our sales team to share best practices, knowledge, and expertise, driving a culture of excellence and continuous improvement.
