About the Role:

We are seeking an ambitious and driven Recruitment Account Manager to join our team at Gap Personnel in Bristol. As a Recruitment Account Manager, you will be responsible for supporting the branch to achieve budgeted and non-financial targets, developing existing relationships within the client base, and creating and maximising new business opportunities.

Your Key Responsibilities:

  • Client Management: Develop and maintain strong relationships with existing clients, identifying opportunities to grow and retain business.
  • New Business Development: Identify and pursue new business opportunities, negotiating the best commercial terms to add to the profitability of the branch.
  • Branch Support: Support the branch in achieving budgeted and non-financial targets, ensuring service levels are reviewed and managed.
  • Compliance: Ensure compliance with all employment legislation and company policies.

Your Requirements:

  • Client Management Skills: Excellent client management skills, with a track record of growing and retaining business.
  • Background in Recruitment: Background in developing people within their careers and good knowledge of the recruitment market.
  • Business Development: Ability to attract and recruit candidates in line with client needs and experience of managing clients in challenging times.
  • Winning New Business: Experience of winning new business and autonomy to operate across the South West.

What We Offer:

  • Basic Salary: Up to £29,000pa + bonus payable on new and existing business.
  • Working Hours: Monday to Friday, 6am – 3pm (slight flexibility available on start/finish times).
  • Holiday Entitlement: 25 Days + Bank Holidays (33 in total) Up to 5 holiday days can be bought per year.
  • Benefits: Bupa Healthcare, Bupa Dental, 20% enhancement on statutory maternity/paternity, Health Assured cover, Eye care scheme, Birthday day off.
