- Talent Sourcing and Attraction: Identify and attract top talent through various recruitment channels, including networking, referrals, and online platforms.
- Candidate Screening and Assessment: Conduct thorough candidate screenings, interviews, and assessments to ensure the best fit for client requirements.
- Lead Generation and Sales Activity: Generate leads for sales activity from a variety of sources.
- Recruitment Strategy Development: Develop and implement effective recruitment strategies to meet and exceed sales targets.
- Cross-Selling and Upselling: Cross-sell other divisions/brands within GI Group at every opportunity.
- Customer Service: Provide exceptional customer service to both clients and candidates throughout the recruitment process.
- Industry Knowledge and Best Practices: Stay up-to-date on industry trends, regulations, and best practices.
- Proven Sales Experience: Proven experience in sales, ideally recruitment.
- Sales Target Achievement: Demonstrated track record of achieving sales targets and building successful client relationships.
- Communication and Negotiation Skills: Excellent communication and negotiation skills.
- Sales Process Knowledge: Strong understanding of sales processes and best practices.
- Driver's License: Hold a valid UK driver's license.
- Fast-Paced Environment: Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, target-driven environment.
