Sales Excellence in Packaging

We are seeking a highly motivated Field Sales Executive to join our team at Macfarlane Packaging. The successful candidate will have a strong background in sales, with a proven track record of achieving sales targets and building strong relationships with customers.

The role offers a competitive basic salary up to £45,000, plus bonus/commission (scope to earn 100% of salary), company car (or allowance) & flexible benefits package including hybrid working, up to 27 days holiday (Plus bank holidays & additional annual leave purchasing scheme).

In this exciting opportunity, you will manage a £3M+ customer account base, focusing on driving sales growth through proactive new business sales and developing strong relationships with key decision makers and stakeholders.
