Sales Territory Manager

About the Role:

We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced Sales Territory Manager to join our team in the Midlands region. As a Sales Territory Manager, you will be responsible for developing and executing sales strategies to meet or exceed sales targets within your designated territory.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Develop and Execute Sales Strategies: Create and implement effective sales plans to drive revenue growth and meet or exceed sales targets.
  • Build Strong Relationships: Foster strong relationships with key stakeholders across the NHS and private healthcare sectors.
  • Manage Opportunity Pipeline: Develop and manage a pipeline of opportunities to ensure timely closure and delivery of sales targets.
  • Promote Product Portfolio: Actively promote our comprehensive product portfolio to customers and partners, identifying new business opportunities and growing sales within established regions.
  • Collaborate with Internal Teams: Work closely with internal teams, including intra-divisional territory colleagues, business development teams, and marketing teams, to identify and close sales into new markets.
Requirements:
  • Experience: Minimum 4 years of sales experience within the NHS, healthcare, or related sectors.
  • Knowledge: In-depth knowledge of NHS structures and hospital sales processes.
  • Skills: Proven sales flair, with the ability to work towards targets and deliver results-driven performance.
  • Language: High-level fluency in both spoken and written English.
  • Travel: Ability to travel frequently throughout the Midlands and nationwide, with a valid driver's license required.
Estimated Salary:

£45,000 - £55,000 per annum, depending on experience.
